Outside Sales/ Account Executive

• Business to Business cold calling on phone and in person
• Investigating who is hiring
• Utilizing Linked In for HR contacts to reach out to
• Develop newsletter/ marketing ideas to spur conversation with prospects
• Taking clients to lunch and inquiring about our service quality or possible need for our services
• Taking prospects to baseball/football games, etc.
• Attend networking events
• Developing and implementing strategies to grow market share
• Learning and understanding business objectives and work environments of customers
• Meeting face to face with prospective customers to assess staffing needs
• Developing markup quotes and preparing proposals
• Deliver sales presentations
• Negotiating and closing pricing agreements

Salary Range: Base (Depends on Experience) Plus Commission, bonuses and Company Benefits!!
