Starting Monday, March 23 TPI Staffing will be offering a special open enrollment in response to COVID-19 outbreak. The Open Enrollment Period is from Monday, March 23 through Sunday, April 5, 2020.
During this two week period, Employees will be able to add or change coverage. Benefits in a Card will be implementing three initiatives:
Client Wide Open Enrollment:
- Open Enrollment Period: Monday, March 23 through Sunday, April 5, 2020
- During this two week period, Employees will be able to add or change coverage but not cancel. This also includes Employees who previously declined coverage.
- You may elect a coverage option (Insure Plus or Value Indemnity Plan) that includes the benefit to Telemedicine services. If enrolled, Employees have access to provider care telephonically during these unstable times.
Direct Pay Extension:
- Enrolled, but off assignment? Call BIC and direct pay for up to 12 weeks of coverage in order to keep current benefits active.
New Hire Extension:
- All New Hires will now have 45 days to enroll instead of the standard 30 days.
