Starting Monday, March 23 TPI Staffing will be offering a special open enrollment in response to COVID-19 outbreak. The Open Enrollment Period is from Monday, March 23 through Sunday, April 5, 2020.

During this two week period, Employees will be able to add or change coverage. **Benefits in a Card will be implementing three initiatives:**

**Client Wide Open Enrollment:**

- **Open Enrollment Period: Monday, March 23 through Sunday, April 5, 2020**
- During this two week period, Employees will be able to add or change coverage but not cancel. This also includes Employees who previously declined coverage.
- You may elect a coverage option (*Insure Plus or Value Indemnity Plan*) that includes the benefit to Telemedicine services. If enrolled, Employees have access to provider care telephonically during these unstable times.

**Direct Pay Extension:**

- Enrolled, but off assignment? Call BIC and direct pay for up to 12 weeks of coverage in order to keep current benefits active.

**New Hire Extension:**

- All New Hires will now have 45 days to enroll instead of the standard 30 days.
