Interviewing is exciting for some, but can be worrisome for others. We've compiled a list of "What To Do" and "What Not To Do" during an interview to help increase your chances of getting hired.
Always give yourself enough time to arrive to your interview at least 15 mins early. Plan for traffic delays or not finding a parking spot. Being on time will show the interviewer that you are a punctual person.
Most likely you were given an interview because you met the needs of the company. If you don’t know how to do the skills that are required, truthfully, the role is not right for you. Job history can be verified, don’t appear dishonest before you even reach the possibility of being hired.
Be positive and ready to work. Do not dwell on your weaknesses, its okay to have them, but provide examples of how you overcame your personal obstacles.
